Informal Garden on Hutton Mount

A profesional retired couple wanted to makeover part of their large garden to make it less formal. We cleared an area laying out a meandering walk through a custom made metal rose tunnel and planted around the roses with complementary shrubs. The path disappeared and repeared on the of the side of the garden forming a seating area which flowed into a new informal pond with underwater lights, rock waterfall, filtration system and pond safe system to protect their grandchildren. Down the long side area of the house we installed a custom metal sail pergola for clematis, built raised beds in railway sleepers and installed lots of trellis to grow a variety of beautiful climbers.
